Large drops of yellow healing energy fall upon you. Let this energy engulf your entire body. It may take a few listening sessions to surround yourself entirely in the yellow energy. Some people may have a reluctance to coat themselves in yellow, since it is often the color associated with fear. Nothing to fear here, think of this as a soothing yellow balm coating your entire energy field.
How to get the most out of the music
Begin by breathing in, drawing the first note into your body. Exhale when that note changes. There are only two notes, so simply follow the pattern. There will soon be other notes played, you will simply stay focused on breathing in the two lower tones that started the meditation.
Each week over a ten week cycle I will add more music. You can download each track and simply place them in order, one after the other, and eventually you will have an entire composition. At the end of the ten week cycle, I will begin a new composition.

Draw the blue energy back to your body until you feel as if you are wearing a blue wet suit. Allow the blue energy coming back towards you to push out any doubts or fears, and replace them with the healing blue energy that is now returning from its journey around the world.

Once you feel your body encased in the blue energy, begin to expand the blue like a balloon. Expand this blue energy as far as possible. Imagine it encasing your family and friends. Imagine it cover your entire country. Expand the blue over the horizon and continue moving this blue energy until it encases the earth.

Continue breathing pattern from the previous clip. The wind chimes are releasing small blue crystals. Allow these blue crystals to cover your entire body. If you feel as if you have had not had enough time to entirely cover your energy field with these blue crystals, repeat the clip until you feel the energy of the crystals surrounding your entire body.
Do not be discouraged if you are having trouble visualizing this scenario. Some of us are visual, some of us are more tactile. Our goal is to be able integrate and awaken all of our senses. If you are unable to visualize color, try to feel the energy generated by the wind chimes enveloping your body. Over the course of time, we will learn to use this energy to expand and contract as a source of healing, communication and protection.
