It seems that whenever I have expectations about something, those expectations are never met. Either the outcome is far greater, or not even close. So to overcome that, I go without expectations. Then, when I go without any expectations, nothing seems to happen. After this happens a few times too many, I wind up not doing a damn thing, because, after all what is the use?
MLK Remembrance
Back in 1968, I remember watching Dr. Kings's funeral procession while drifting in and out of sleep. At one point I woke up while the procession had stopped just down the street from the Ebaneezer Baptist Church. The neon cross of the church was on the right side of the screen. From that point on, whenever there was a mention of the funeral, or the assassination, I remembered that image.

Breathe in Divine Inspiration, breathe out Divine Love.

Currently, I am using "Release..." in a breathing class that I conduct. One day while the "Inner Child " was playing, a woman in the class burst out laughing. In a few minutes she was crying.
After class she came to me and explained that while she was laughing, she suddenly realized that it had been years since she last laughed, and that made her cry.
